The Plumeria package is perfect for couples who have already booked their wedding venue and need guidance with the their event design.
Our team will work to understand the core of your vision and curate a custom mood board for all aspects of your event. After we've nailed your design concepts + elements, we will provide you with vendor recommendations and the tools to navigate the planning process with ease.

- Main point of contact for all vendors during the planning process & day of event
- Confirmation of arrival times, day of timeline, collect insurance policies in alignment of venue requirements, supervise load-in and ensure services are being executed
Vendor management & Coordination
THE PLUMERIA
- Coordination of final walkthrough at venue to meet with vendor team to solidify contract details
- Finalize layouts, timeline, seating chart details
- Collect vendor insurance from each vendor to ensure venue requirements are met
- Lead and coordinate rehearsal on the week of the wedding (up to 1.5 hours)
- Review timelines and key events with wedding party and VIP guests at rehearsal
- Distribution of final timelines to wedding party
FINAL DETAILS & REHEARSAL

- 1 lead coordinator and 2 onsite assistants to support with execution of wedding day up to 12 hours
- Direct point of contact for vendors and all wedding guests
- Oversee and manage vendor setup, load-in/breakdown, to ensure adherence to timeline
- Execute and manage timeline from pre-ceremony to end of reception in collaboration with wedding vendors
- Set up and breakdown of personal items (including guest book, table numbers, menu cards, place cards, escort cards, favors, cake stands, cake knife)
- Collection of decor items and gifts at the end of the event for designated point person at the end of the evening
- Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors directly
- Full access to our bridal emergency kit
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

The Palmetto package starts 90 days prior to your wedding day. Perfect for the couple who has everything planned, finalized, and ready to go!
Our team will curate your wedding day timeline, manage your vendors, lead your rehearsal, and oversee all of the final touches from ceremony to reception. We will handle the nitty gritty so you can be fully present on your wedding day!
BEGINS AT $2,500
THE PALMETTO
- Begins 60 days prior to wedding date
- 4 comprehensive planning meetings via Google Meet to review wedding day vision, manage vendor team, and confirm planning and design details
- Access to customized planning portal to manage and maintain organization of planning details upon start of service
- 1 walkthrough site visit to meet with venue team and confirm layout and vision
- 1 hour rehearsal coordination
- 10 hours of wedding day coordination with 2 assistants on site
